JW01 Posted May 16, 2017 ID:1125344 Share Posted May 16, 2017 I ran MBAM (yesterday's version) on my Windows XP PC for the first time for some years. This machine has no internet connection so any malware comes through my memory stick. Not surprisingly thousands of items were detected. particularly in the Windows Temp folder. However, what concerned me was the speed of quarantining these items. It was practically paralytic, about 5 items per minute. As it would have taken days to complete I cancelled the whole thing.
