Hello @cravelom and :welcome:

It appears as if the MB3 set-up process failed to generate its essential installation token.  Please delete the following entry in that system's "%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\HOSTS" file:
 

127.0.0.1                   keystone.mwbsys.com

Then, restart the Windows system.  Please update this thread with the status of your system in a reply to your topic.
