HI

I had just been now to use my license key .however when I entering my license code it is thrown an error message "we are unable to activate your license" can I get the help to got my my license working ?

Based on your key (which is valid), it looks like you may have trouble reaching our activation server. Can you follow the directions below to get the contents of your hosts file?

1. Press Windows Key + R to open a run dialog
2. On the window that pops up, type cmd and click Ok
3. In the black box that appears, type the following command:

   type C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"

    

4. Upload the hosts.txt file from your desktop to your reply

Hmm ok, nothing jumps out there. Let's grab some other logs to see what else may be going on. Can you grab the information requested in the thread below?

finally . it got work somehow ! do you still need for the logs ?

Strange, it may have been an issue with our activation servers if nothing changed on your end. We should be ok without logs now

yes . I have to format my system and no doubt everything is clean now .just to let you know that no more problems on my end !
