billyisjimmy Posted December 13, 2016 ID:1079765 Share Posted December 13, 2016 PLEASE HELP I have gocloudy virus on all of my devices. Im not sure if my router is infected though. I changed my router password and the admin password and even reset my router but nothing worked. Staff treed Posted December 13, 2016 Staff ID:1079943 Share Posted December 13, 2016 If all your devices are affected equally, in exactly the same way, it's almost certainly due to hacked network hardware. However, note that changing the passwords and resetting the router may not solve the problem, depending on the hardware. Also, if you have a separate wireless router and cable/DSL modem, it's possible that the problem isn't the router... it could be the modem instead.
