False Positive with Supra & MB 3.0

Recommended Posts

Supra KeyAdvantage set up file that is false positive by the ransomware blocker

Vendor's site:

The .txt is the log file for the false positive

I would attached the file marked as false positive but, the 30MB file size limit is to small, the file I need to attach is just under 50MB (it is the setup file that is marked as false positive) and it is already in a .zip

From the vendor's site under Software Downloads, there is a link to the Supra KeyAdvantage installer

flase positive on Supra.txt

Except this is not the stand alone tool, this was the realtime ransomeware part of Malwarebytes 3.0
