When i try to rum my Mb anti-ransomware, it crashes

1.) Please generate a screen grab of the error message displayed by the next crash.

2.) Using the native Windows built-in zip utility, please create the following, separate, .zip (not .7z or .rar) archive file for analysis:

                                          "%ProgramData%\MalwarebytesARW\"
