malware changed all files type to B402

hello 

i support other ppl. in other site and one from them ( my friends ) have  a problem and i need ur help 

 

he have get malware in him hard disk and this malware changed all files type  to B402

and he was have software like  superantispyware  and  mcafee security  can't catch him 

note 

he install new windows and this windows work well so can't make System Restore 

and all file like i exp. like top topic

and all files like next picutre

 

ur can way to clean this without format hard disk or delete files

Please take a look at the following post and see if it helps. Unless there is a tool released for this then you won't be able to get the data back.

You're quite welcome @ArtSilent - these encryption attacks sure point out the fact that most users are not backing up their data very well, if at all.

he not work in this case but i found new hope when AVG software catch the file like a virus 

 

today ill put here all information's about this here

 

and ill send to AVG company to be sure he can clean this
