Mindspark PUP...... Remove, Delete, or Leave?

Hi,

My last Malwarebytes scan detected a mix of approximately 359 files and folders of PUP Mindspark.  Malwarebytes quarantined them all.  I am not having any issues with the performance of my new Dell XPS 8900 running Windows 10. No performance issues that I'm aware of I should say.  Anyway, I'm really not sure if I should just leave these files and folders in quarantine, delete them from quarantine, or remove them from my system. From what I have read on these forums, removing them looks like each and every file and folder, 350 total, would have to be removed individually.  A time consuming process that I don't think I have the stomach or patience for.  If this was your computer what would you do?
