Cannot enable malicious website protection

Hi,

I am having difficulty turning on Malicious Website Protection. Every time I press fix now, the protection turns on and then turns off after 2 seconds. I don't think I have ever been able to turn on this feature, ever.

Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version using the following guide. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x

If that does not correct it then please get me the following logs as attachments.
