I am aware that JRT closes most running applications before it does it's thing. If you have the Task Manager open, or minimised to the taskbar, running JRT closes it, nothing unusual there. But the next time you open Task Manager it comes up in the minimal form and you have to click on 'More details' to see anything useful. Took me a while to work out what was happening, but once I twigged it was JRT doing it I can reproduce it every time. Not realy a bug, just unexpected behaviour.
