Yourlink.tv malware

Yesterday my sister downloaded some software for her sony tablet on my pc. I woke up today to find it infected with yourlink.tv malware that hijacks browsers. So far I have tried Malwarebytes, adwcleaner, SpyHunter, CCleaner and reset all my browsers to try and fix it. Everytime I use one of those softwares and reboot my pc, the same malware pops up again in my browser. I just can't get rid of it.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
