lolclent.exe - False Positive

Hey guys,

False positive for the League of Legends client (Lolclient.exe) reported as Virus.Injector.LoL

Attached is exe in zipfile and report.

This was indeed confirmed as a False Positive. Detection will be removed in next database update (which will be in less than an hour).

And can i ask for help coz i click to update and says there is no new update and my lol still not work

Hi,

Make sure you have dequarantined the lol client via History > Quarantine. There select lol client and select to restore.

Sometimes it requires a reboot to properly restore.

Then you should be able to run it again.

In case your lol client won't run, but malwarebytes is not detecting it, then it means it's another problem. For that, it's best to reinstall the lol client.
