lolclent.exe - False Positive

Make sure you have dequarantined the lol client via History > Quarantine. There select lol client and select to restore.

Sometimes it requires a reboot to properly restore.

Then you should be able to run it again.

In case your lol client won't run, but malwarebytes is not detecting it, then it means it's another problem. For that, it's best to reinstall the lol client.
