Where did it go?

I had a positive for random ware. It said moved to quarantine. There is nothing in quarantine???  Where did it go?

Create a ZIP archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another ZIP archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Most of the time when the item isn't in the quarantine, then MBARW wasn't actually able to move the file. Please reboot your machine and check the quarantine again, if the file isn't their, check the file location, chances are it wasn't moved.

I also had this problem yesterday while I was on Twitter. anti-ransomware came on, and my taskbar at the bottom of my screen disappeared. So I had to ctrl+alt+delete to restart my computer. Then I looked in my quarantine and found nothing.

It is disappointing to read your testing system is having MBARW Beta issues but each computer is unique. Problems that seem "the same" frequently are not.

The same is true for solutions. Solutions may often need to be individualized for your unique testing system.

It is less confusing for everyone if a "One Member Per Topic" policy is adhered to instead of posting to the topic of another member.
