Malwarebytes Premium Fails Install

Recently purchased Malwarebytes Premium for 3PCs for 1 Year. When I attempt to install, after the install the software runs the FREE and not the Premium version. I have uninstalled the free version and started the install again only to end up with the FREE version again, not Premium FREE but the FREE version.  It is impossible to get support from the factory.
