jetsmell Posted January 3, 2016 Author ID:1010521 Share Posted January 3, 2016 I ran the computer in to the computer repair shop. It's currently hooked up to monitors in their intensive care unit. They will call me tomorrow to give me the results, I will let you know.
dbreeze Posted January 3, 2016 ID:1010523 Share Posted January 3, 2016 To use the OEM Restore disk, you have to boot from it. What is your make and model desktop? I believe it is an HP desktop but need to be certain to find the proper boot instructions for you. I just saw your reply here and will wait for your update. Thanks for letting me know.
