Bought Premium, Now have audio ads!

Explain to me how, after purchasing supposidly one of the best anti anything ware, im JUST now getting audio ads i never have before. NEVER had i had this issue. And of course, now that i do and i troubleshoot, all the answers want me to download other malwarebytes products to fix this issue. Im wondering just how much of a coincidence this is.. 

 

Either way, I have Malwarebytes premium. Why exactly is it not catching or noticing this virus ad program? why cant i get rid of it ><
