I would like to reply to the ticket that you submitted to give you the instructions for this. Can you send me your e-mail that you used for the ticket through a private message? I tried reinstalling it to make sure the program was not corrupt, but it didn't resolve the issue. It has narrowed down to the password being incorrect, could you please send me instructions and the SQL query to reset my password for Malwarebytes Management Console? Thanks in advance.
