Foreign Visitors

I maintain a personal web page - nothing nefarious on it, strictly family and pets kind of stuff.  I have a counter on the page which shows the  country the visitor was from.  Normally, I just see a few visits from friends and family here in United States.  But in the last 3 months, I have noticed a big increase in visits from foreign countries, mostly China and Brazil but also Canada, Chile, France, Spain, Philipeans, Australia, Urugay, Bolovia and Italy. I know absolutely nobody from those counries or have any kind of relationship with any foreign country so I am kind of at a loss to know why search engines would be visiting my site. Is this anything I should be concerned about?

If you have a web site, it is like a store on a public street where anybody can look through the plate glass windows and "Window Shop".
