Great Product but crap support

So, I'm really keen to be a reseller of this amazing product. It will benefit my large managed services client base enormously! Can someone please contact me as I have been trying for 2 months to become a reseller but my current contact (Rick) has failed to deliver an appropriate level of product support to me.

 

After lengthy discussions he emailed me the business solution to trial instead of the Managed Services solution. After being assured that he will email the Managed Services overlay version and numerous unreturned phone calls and emails later I am still not able to sell this amazing product. Can someone please contact me??

Thanks guys, Gonzo you have been most helpful. Was really hoping to be able to install the management console on our server an administor our customers over the internet but looks like that model won't work as the console will only work on a LAN. I'll be installing standard MBAM premium and at least I will be able to give my customers the protection they need.
