Can't change settings.

Problem 1:  I can't enable Malicious Website Protection.  I go to settings and enable it but when I return to the dashboard it still warns that its not enabled.

 

Problem 2:  I can't update from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3.  It says i must disable Self-protection.  I go to advanced settings and it shows that Self-protection is NOT enabled. 

 

I think these problems started after I enabled Self-protection and a few days later I disabled Self-protection - but it seems to be stuck on Self-protection enabled.  I am the administrator.  I re-boot but have same problems.  I have the PRO.  Windows XP 32 bit.

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
