MB does not run at boot up, as scheduled - tried many times (see video)

Hello everyone,



I can't get MB ( Pro) to run after boot up - as scheduled - as with the older version. I have a 2 minute video that shows every detail. I hope someone knows what is going on. One issue though right off the bat: I find the scheduling menus confusing... is it just me? (see video)

Hello and :welcome:

  1. Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
  2. If that does not correct the issue then please read the following and post back the requested logs. - Diagnostic Logs

The logs indicate that the computer has at least some minor infection. Not sure if that is the cause or not but I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.
