MCFatTongue Posted May 7, 2014 ID:827799 Share Posted May 7, 2014 Hi, I just ran a threat scan and it found a Trojan, I reverted to a backup from 24 hour ago, and ran the scan again and it was clean. Once I had run an updated on the MBAM definitions and run the scan the same file was found as a trojan again. The file is a setup file for easy display manager a utility program from Samsung that controls sound and Brightness levels on my laptop via a hot key sequence. This is a standard utility that is supplied with Samsung laptops. Can you please confirm that this is a false positive (scan log and file attached) and add it to the database. Thank you.
