Install on computer without internet

I am helping a friend with his Hp Pavillion Computer. It is extremely slow and is unable to get on the internet  at all. I suspect "stuff" in his computer that shouldn't be their because it is much slower than it was a week ago.

i would like to install several programs on his computer to remove this "stuff" and Anti- Malware is one of them.

Is there a way to place the free program on a flash drive from my computer and install on his computer with the flash drive?

Yes you can download the program using another computer and copy the install file to a flash drive to install it. It would also be a good idea to copy the latest updates to the flash drive as mentioned in the FAQ HERE See issue #4 for instructions on how to do a manual update....
