Laptop wont reboot after scan and infection removal

This is my first time using malwarebytes and im using the 1.75 version. I have a window 7, 32 bit laptop. After I downloaded and quick scanned my laptop, it said it detected 136 malwares. So I removed all of them. Then after, a big tab popped up stating all the malwares and if they have been removed or need to reboot or not. Then a small tab popped up saying something like "URGENT!" and that I need to reboot my laptop. So I clicked ok and it rebooted up to the part of log in. AND I CAN'T LOG IN AFTER WORKS. I cant even click shut down on the screen and everything froze. Is this a viruse? What should I do??? Help please! thanks.

Please shut the computer down.  Then start it and tap on the F8 key and choose Last Known Good configuration and then reboot and see if you can logon or not and let us know.

I tried it and I could log in and go to the desktop screen, but all the desktop icons are gone and taskbar(bottom bar) isn't responding.

and now the whole screen is lagging! help please!
