Malwarebytes not responding

Quick scan found 6 PUPs which I want to remove. Checked all 6 boxes, clicked on 'remove selected' and at the top of the window got the message 'Malwarebytes not responding'. Closed the programme to seek advice here. Do I re-run the scan or what?

Ran Adwcleaner the another mbam quick scan. This time, PUPs were removed.

Hi Borislav and thank you for your reply. if the purchase of mbam pro made me a paying customer then I am. However, although I would appreciate help from Consumer Support, having accessed the instructions provided via your link, there is absolutely no way that I could undertake the following of those instructions (a) because my computing skills are around zero, and (b) my health is such that I daren't subject myself to the unnecessary stress that the attempt to follow the instructions might cause.

Given that the PUPs have gone somewhere, I will just have to let the matter rest there. I am most grateful for your input and thank you once again for trying to help.
