I've tried to run the sfc /scannow several times in normal and safe mode with networking.  I keep getting the "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation" error after Verification 10% complete.  The Windows Modules Installer service is enabled and set to manual, but I still can't get the scan to run past 10%.

Is there anything else I can do?
