Cannot "Enable malicious website blocking"

Sorry you are having issues with Malwarebytes....

Things to try....

1. Have you entered exceptions in your AV ESET Smart Security 5.2 to ensure there is no conflict?

2. Any reason why your running version 5.2 when the latest version is 7? You need to have updated software in order to prevent infections....

3. Please disable your antivirus software, then re-run DSS tool and post new logs....

Glad all is working for you... makes me wonder though why you had to do all that...

Looks like you may have had some sort of infection going on, if I were you I would have the experts take a look and help you resolve/inspect your computer to make sure its all gone and working as it should...
