Hello, gaming account hacked definitely a virus but nothing found on virus scans

No threats were detected therefore I can't save the report and post it. There is nothing there.

How are things there? Did you change all of your passwords?

Yes I have changed my passwords and so far the account hasn't been accesed by anyone else. It's a really hard password with several lower-uppercase letters and numbers so I doubt anyone could guess that.

That's why I thought there might be a virus. Does everything seem clean so far? i'm not that smart with these things.

Just some pottently unwanted programs, which couldn't cause such a problem. Your system seems to be absolutely clean now.

Let's clean all of the tools and recommend you some preventions:

Step 1

• Download OTC to your desktop and run it
• Click Yes to beginning the Cleanup process and remove these components, including this application.
• You will be asked to reboot the machine to finish the Cleanup process. Choose Yes.

Step 2

• Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
• Click on Uninstall
• Confirm with Yes

Step 3

Please uninstall: ESET Online Scanner and manually delete Kaspersky AVP .
