LucidDruid Posted October 25, 2013 ID:746415 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Upon logging in I am met with the error ''Could not connect to Group Policy Client''Right now I can't access:System RestoreMalware BytesMicrosoft Security EssentialsRegedit.exeI can't install anything I have download (tried re installing malware bytes but get the message that it ''could not respond to the start command in a timely fashion'')Both IE and Google Chrome are still working. After manually snooping around my PC I found the files ''HRUPPROG.DIE.NOW'' and ''HRUPPROG.txt'' that simply contains the number 100 in it. Having searched the internet there is little information on what to do. I am in desperate help right now, I dont think I will be able to upload any logs since I can't even install RogueKiller, OTL or SuperAntiSpyware. What do I do!?
