6 items found after downloading latest MB updates

I just downloaded and installed the latest MB updates and when I run a full scan, the following 6 items were found. Does anyone know what I should do with these items?

Can someone please help me as I don't know what to do and don't wasnt to delete them if they are not "harmful."
