Vundo Just Keeps Comming Back

Recommended Posts

I dont know why, but Trojan.Vundo just keeps comming back. Every time I reboot right after scanning with Malwarebytes, there are new vundos at different locations. Also, each time I scan, there are at least 15 objects infected with vundo. Sometimes with different name such as Trojan.VundoH, Adware.Vundo, etc. I dont know how to get rid of it. On some occasions when I scan, It says I have trojan.agent too. Also, usually on quick scans,

I also have Avast! Antivirus and it keeps detecting NADITUME.DLL virus and it cant delete it because it's being run with another data. Also, each time I reboot, then I log in my account, a couple messages run dll pop up says Windows cannot find c:\........\(file).dll.

Help is appreciated!

I got this stupid vundo from my Yahoo Messenger Offline message, it was a spam message with a link that I accidentally clicked trying to close it.

Also, about my log, like I said there are usually 15+ infections found on a quick scan. But that's because I've already deleted some and did another scan, thus only 8 infections. Each time I restart, I scan again with Malwarebytes and new vundo infections.

Hi,

First of all, please update MalwareBytes, because the databaseversion is outdated.

  • Start MalwareBytes and click the Update tab. There click "Check for updates"
  • Once the updates are downloaded, perform a full scan again.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log, then we'll proceed from there with new steps.

Extra Note:

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.
