Malwarebytes freezing computer

I have a problem with the free version of Malwarebytes. Every time I run a scan, it freezes the whole computer halfway through. I've run a full Memtest scan on my RAM memory and it's fine. I've done a Chkdisk scan of my harddrive and there are no bad sectors.

I have Spybot and AVG Free antivirus installed, but I always disable Teatimer first by using Task Manager to close it.

I've had other scanning problems. When using HitmanPro, my computer crashed with a Blue Screen of Death and the message said BAD_POOL_CALLER. Another scan later and another BSOD, and it was fastfat.sys

 

I'd like some help with finding whatever malware's causing the problem. I probably have some adware on my computer since on some websites, the text is underlined with green hyperlinks which load flash adverts when the mouse cursor hovers over them. But what I need is a thorough scan for keyloggers and rootkits with programs that won't crash the computer.
