I read the slow PC page to find out that I do those things almost everyday.

I use CCleaner everyday and also had Defraggler. I don't save history on the internet, nothing at all.

I recently uninstalled some programs/games that took up the most space on my disk. I barly use any memory on my computer in general hoping that it will run faster (and I just got it last year) so it confuses me even further why my computer will sometimes lag.

Also I'm wondering if its maybe part because of my fan because it's always making noise when i have 1 program on (I'm assuming I need to change it?) I used to have a laptop cooler but it broke and am guilty of just using it on surfaces where it will easily heat up.

It's just frustrating when I actually clean my computer everday yet it still lags/close programs because it freezes and it is not a an old laptop.

Thats the thing though. I'm not infected (well not anymore, in that forum someone helped me remove a trojan) but it has been like this even before I got the trojan.

Temporarily disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.

How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware Programs

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.

Then double click dds.scr or dds.com to run the tool, on Vista or Win 7 right click and select Run as administrator

Click the Run button if prompted with an Open File - Security Warning dialog box.

A black DOS console should open and run for a moment.

I think it is also because i have 3 antivirus programs on. I am uninstalling avast and adaware
