Avast detect malware, MBAM didn't - logs inside

Today i launched Counter-Strike 1.6 and Avast moved a malware to a cage, i decided to preinstall the game so i deleted the folder so i can download a new one from the Steam.

While opening Steam, Avast detects a new malware in Steam.exe.

I decided to download the free version of MBAM and to run a quick scan, there were nothing detected but Avast still blocks Steam from lanching and it says there is a malware detected.

I found a thread where i must upload those 2 logs in my thread.

It's an avast false positive, if you navigate your way over to the avast forums you'll see alot of discussion about steam being wrongly flagged.

I also cant open Steam, what are the chancea to manage this issue without buying a new Steam?

Sorry for the double post just wanted to update,

I clicked on Steam to check last time and it passed me to load it. I didnt know it's Avast issue, sorry for disturbing.
