More Issues Regarding my Laptop

I was here last month with some issues regarding vundo and Antispyware 2009 things. and now I'm back.

First off, my search engines seem to occasionally be sending me to weird, incorrect sites. They usually send me to other search pages, but I can't remember the title of them at the moment.

The second issue I've had is that today I got a pop-up just like the Antispyware 2009 thing, telling me my computer is at risk and trying to get me to download a virus scanner. I immedietly started to hit "delete" and exited out of the window, but I know this already means the damage is done. Other than those issues, I haven't seen any problems.

I ran a Malwarebyte's quick scan and it found no problems. I ran a full scan and it shut off about 75% of the way though, but that might have been due to a faulty a/c connector cord.
