wont connect to internet after removal and reboot

Had vista antispyware 2012. I worked through rkill and scanned with malwarebytes. Deleted files. However, after reboot, cannot connect to internet. Now what?

I had a similar problem as well. Although, I have XPsp3. I rebooted again, and that seemed to solve the problem. Don't ask me why, because I'm not a "tekkie" by ANY stretch of the imagination.

I suspect, it has something to do with some PUP's that are in fact needed, or used any way.

In most cases a rootkit named Zero Access is involved and the accompanying damage varies but often the network protocol has been affected in one way or another and requires repair which is not always successful in all cases.
