How can I import bookemarks from another browser into FireFox's bookmarks

Hi everyone,

As you will be seeing that the option to import the bookmarks from another browser is not activate, thus, I couldn't import the Bookmarks which are in the another browser like IE or Safari. Note that the version of FireFox is 9.0.1
