We have a form of web protection that actually goes beyond protecting individual browsers with a toolbar, and that's our Malicious Website Blocking component (IP blocker) in the PRO version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It is already one of the most proactive protection features in our product and we have many additional enhancements for it coming later down the road (no ETA though).
