I woke up and went to my computer today, woke it up from hibernation, it was fine, went to the bathroom, and when i came back all the icons were gone and i got a system removal thing with the fake scan and such, ive had this before but i didnt loose my icons, i followed a step by step from online telling me to use rkill, tdsskiller, and then malwarebytes, but when i try to load malwarebytes it says access denied at the end of the installation, how do i fix this and am i doing the right steps to fix the problem. thanks Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
