  2. Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I ran the disk check. Now, when I ran it and it was complete the computer booted up. But, it didn't save a .txt file or anything when I logged on from what I know of.
  3. My friend looked into my computer, and apparently its not a virus. That's why the 5 anti-virus software I installed didn't see anything. He is trust-worthy and looked into the files and found out that this glitched has happened to a few people. Thank you for helping, but also I don't know how to fix this, so if you have any advice please tell me. Thanks SO much for your help!
  4. I have a problem... FRST.exe when it says "backing up registry" there's a pop-up that says "Error Saving File C:\FRST\HIVES\SOFTWARE ! Continue with next file [RegCreateKeyEx: 5 - Access Denied" Then, when updating, the screen turns black and it crashes
  5. I have multiple Windows accounts on this computer. The virus only affects 1 account. Also, heres the Malwarebytes scan log! I have access to 2 other computers, and I have a flashdrive. Also, why is the FRST64 logs not showing up? Malwarebytes Scan Log.txt
  6. Thanks for the help! Here are the logs. (By the way I scanned them on another profile on Windows 7. If I wasn't so post to do that please tell me. Thank you So Much!) Also, the FRST.txt and Addition.txt are hidden. I tried saving them in downloads and they won't pop up! The AdwCleaner detected a trojan file, but when it was deleted, and I rebooted the computer, the virus was still there! Sorry! Quick edit, but the Antivirus is still scanning. So once it's done I'll send the log. AdwCleaner[S0].txt
  7. Hi! I recently got a virus that shows about 50 explorer.exe files on my processes section. I had Avira and scanned my computer with it, but no luck. Then I got Malwarebytes, and it detected 6 unwanted programs. I logged on to my profile, but the virus was still there! I then got Kaspersky, and it didn't detect anything. I was wondering if any of you could help me? PLZ!!
