  1. I've got the same problem. Ever since i bought this product I've had nothing but hassle with it, honestly. The false positives etc i could deal with but this? Nah, it crashed my PC twice now, I've tried to uninstall it and it's froze completely. I doubt i will be renewing my subscription.
  2. I did indeed yes. Looks like for now the problem has stopped. Hope it stays that way.
  3. I've had these detection's a few times the past week, i read the post on how to stop these by clearing sync etc and have done those steps however the problem persists, are these anything to be worried about? File attached. Thanks in advance. chrome detection.txt
  4. Same issue here. I've also created a topic.
  5. The other day i ran a scan and was notified that a file named ontology.dll in the nvidia files had been flagged as malware and quarantined. Today when i booted my PC i was notified of two other detection's which were also quarantined. There are programs I've used for many years on my PC so i'm pretty sure they're false positives. Hoping someone can help me out. Necessary files are attached. mbam.txt Lightshot.zip autorun.zip
  6. Attached; detection.txt MBAMSERVICE.LOG
  7. Same thing just happened to me after a scan. I was trecking my memory wondering where i could have gotten any malware, looks like it's a false positive if we're all getting the same issue.
  8. I was having the same problem and running the installer again while i already had the program installed seems to have fixed it! I was so worried, web protection wasn't turning on & my scans were being cancelled straight away, i'm sure this is a bug as a-lot of people are having this issue atm. It's now saying that my version isn't up to date even when i check for updates.....
