  1. So this time I turned off my PC and waited a few moments and turned it back on. Malwarebytes is okay now. I'm fully protected.
  2. This is happening to me too. The last few days I get the orange warning that I'm not fully protected. Most often, just restarting my PC solves the problem. However, today I've restarted 3 times and the problem persists.
  3. My PC is running Windows 7. However, I was able to resolve the issue with Word and Excel as noted above.
  4. Thank you so much to Phone Man and dcollins. That worked! What a relief.
  5. I recently upgraded from my previous version of MB to 3.0.6. I have the premium version. Now I can't open Word, Excel or any of my saved documents unless I quit MB. What's the deal with this. Is there a fix?
