  1. I should add that the printerdll.dll is from our software that was from the files in the .cab - these files are years old.
  2. I have recived several false positives for Trojan.Crypt.ED over the last couple days. Fininacial software install files (2010 to 2012) cab and exe, as well as , PRINTERDLL.DLL on several systems.

  4. I attempt to log into the admin cosole and get "Logon failed for user: (my name) Object reference not set to an instance of an object." If I try and log in as the default admin account I get: The username or password is incorrect - How do I resolve this? Thank you,
  5. You guys are giving me a heart attack, first thing in the morning looks like we have a major disaster. If you keep this up you better put in a method to do bulk restore of files, I have over 200 systems effected each time this happens. I look forwared to not dealing with this soon.
  6. Has this been verified as a false positive? I've spent to much time (money) dicking around chasing this to keep it up. I see worm and virus info on the web related to this folder, but I don't have any of the other symptoms besides this file/folder as the OP.

    newsid

Came in this morning to find hundreds of infections. newsid.exe. Second large false positive we've had from MBAM. Fotrunetly this is only in the set up direcoty and not buisness emparitive like the last one. Might want a bigger bed of testing before you send out updates.
  8. Jake, Can you please post how to go about this. We need to move MBAM Enterprise from an overburned 2008 box to a VM to free up resourses for some apps we cannont move. One of my main concerns is that the clients will not report to the server. Or can we just uninstall on the old server, install on the new server, have it do a network scan, will it find all the clients and everthing will be happy? Thank you,
  9. Thanks for the reply. I exchanged email with a rep. It is not possible to restore files from the console, they offered a command. Instead we went into the each system and put in a new instance of the dll. I set up exceptions as it was not configured prior. I will not be submitting any files. I will tell you it's an IBM dll. This is the second time it has picked up a dll in this directory .
  10. We have a false positive of a DLL that is the main program we use. The company is down until we can get this resolved. That is over 200 users, and all of our business. The question is how to restore this to all users from the console? I have already set the file to exclude. on a side note, I am stunned there is no support phone number to call. The frustration right now is Thank you,
