Why doesn't Zendesk recognize my user name and password? I come in here and it works , shouldn't it be the same?

I like my XP pro and had all those othere Windows 95 Aptiva was a nice machine also for it has a sub system difficult to hack at that time. I am tired of buying computers , it is that simple. I lost all the work on 95 due to changes in newer programs and that continues to happen with each new machine. My daughter learned Basic, Basic 3 and 4 and worked on her own , I think called Lynx and now none of her education is worth all that much.. Sad very sad and greedy

Thank you, I am surprised that was not noticed by Avast Technician prior to your Technicians clean up job, I actually let them use Bombgar for over 3 hours trying to get that Adobe to work in IE8 and he finally left me a note on my desktop stating he could not get that to work, but said noting about that file down load. I paid for a full year of support there and really think your team has more knowledge. I have been using Mozilla and many Firefox users can not copy and paste in any forum and I have that happening to so I have to attach all this and am sorry.

I hope this is the right place in the forum , I have a paid version of Avast and used to be able to follow a IP and now I am being told to install fl32.exe and just a few days ago your technician helped me clean this mess up after Avast couldn't get the Adobe for IE to load, as you all know most of us are not computer smart and I never thought I would have to become a computer tech when I purchased one. I have the latest Adobe Flashplayer and never heard of this . Both Avast and Malwarebytes are paid for and I was wondering if it is possible that my Avast is just a fake?
