Well that fan is cheaper than the $400.00 toilet seats on a ( government ) ship yard I worked at LOL. One of the Lead men I new kept finding Playboy magazines at the end of a pipe that was being worked on. He watched for the culprit but had other things to do, so one day he decided to take some of that blue print powder that I used on a blueprint machine and he lined that pipe and when that guy came out he was covered with it . LOL

I hope I did that Combofix right, it told me to run at my own risk. It said my anti virus program was on scan but I unchecked every thing possible and it was off . I ran that combofix as uninstall.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\grep.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\PEV.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\NIRCMD.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\MBR.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\SED.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\SWREG.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\SWSC.exe Deleted : C:\WINDOWS\SWXCACLS.exe

As I ran these I could see file not found, what does that mean , it is not on the log but does appear in that command window while running security checkup

That won't work , it says I misspelled something and if I use the on line address bar it takes me to a search page with tons of options. So far I have not not seen any errors, but have not tried to do to much.

I removed NETframework 1.0 and can not remove NETframework 2 it gives a fatal error so I did not try 3 and 4..and when I went online to do the update to see if I was still going to get NETframework 1.0 to repeat it was not even listed. I can not say if it will download automatically for it was not there , If Microsoft had just left that activeX up there more people would have fewer problems I did get all the updates I think KB2836939 , KB283694, KB2742597 , KB2833941 and that last one did not appear to have a number or my eyes are not so good. My computer is sluggish , more that before. I got one update for NETframework 4.and there are more of those , maybe I should just leave it on automatic now, I think it will take time to see if I will get errors as others have reported several when removing and re loading

I used it and ran the fix , I can only hope I did right. It said all the NETframework needed repair, but didn't list NETframework 1 only 2, 3, and 4 all are a mess and they appear located in C documents temp or some thing like that

Windows and I think NETframework needed that also, what would have been really great is to find the jerk who keeps hacking me and send that person a bill for all the times they messed with me

No they do not, I have to place in Service pack 1 and 2 first then and only then will they take over, that is why I had that problem. I did have both on my cd but not completed and I was told the updates where not going to work until I got those and I didn't know how so I screwed up

I read up on that and it takes someone much better than me to do that, to many have tried and ended up with all sorts of errors.. I do not see any and just went ahead and sent that information on to Microsoft it is not a easy task or what I was reading was very detailed the problem there was I was left trying to figure out where or how to download them the last time, I think that was Tom Mercado was helping me do a reformat . The reason he felt obligated to help me reformat was that really bad download Malwarebytes did and I had just had my machine done professionally two times before that happened. That gets to be expensive, Tom helped me reformat, but he left for vacation before I could ask where and how to download the updates because Microsoft no longer supports it

High priority updates keeps being offered so I unchecked it and told it not to ask again , but I think it should be fixed. Ok I put that adblocker plus and I know I had that before and it kept getting disabled. I thought maybe Avast was doing that. I still can not always use copy and paste, may still have to have it repaired and that service pack 1.1 is not downloading
