  1. Theres two things I would do at this point. 1. Reboot the machine and tap F8 at startup to go into SAFE MODE and attempt a scan. 2. Pull the Hard drive and SLAVE it in another machine and run a scan if that is possible... After either one of these, I would then Boot back into the original drive in NORMAL mode, and attempt a FULL scan after that. Lemme know if that helped!
  2. are you guys all so awesome?!?!? XD I have to say, I've used alot of programs over time, but you guys take the cake! I have been using Malwarebytes STRONG on EVERY PC that comes thru the shop (Im the only tech right now, so thats EVERY PC ) whether they have viruses or not. Thats at the minimum, 20 PC's a week. For the first time now though, I've had a customer come back and he had actually got A360 AGAIN...after checking his history though, i found out why lol. Thats one dirty dude....anyways... lol SO, from now on, I am going to recommend to EVERY customer to purchase a license thru u guys. I tell them to update and run scans, but i can guarantee that 99% of them dont do it. So you should have quite a bit of business from the Central Illinois region coming your way soon Im also talking with the boss man to see if we can become a reseller. We are resellers of many things, and this would be the greatest one yet!!! Once again guys, keep doing what you do. Ive been using you guys for about 9 months now and you have solved all issues ive thrown at you!
  3. Another thing that I do alot is either boot and safe mode and try it, or pull the HDD and slave it in a second pc to scan...have had to do this for many occasions where the virus would not allow MBAM to run. lol SASW isnt too bad of a program either. I've used it in this case as well GOOD JOB!
