I have tested to reproduce this. But this is every time when there have been more than 1 week, and the scheduler runs. I get the notification in the scan window. I can drag it to the left, and to right. I don't know why I didn't take a screenshot. Edit 2: This should have been fixed in march. I found this: Upgrade to Premium promo displays in scan summary for licensed users Edit 1: I scanned with a free version of MB, and this is how it looks like for me on the lifetime licence

I could reproduce this. You are not alone. I like your steps by steps guide too. Thanks so much for finding out this.

Since so many people here don't like to show devices, what about an option on my.malwarebytes.com to disable this? Sorry if it sound stupid, but I have been thinking about this a longer time now. I guess there is other ways too.

I have found out, testing with free version of MB 5.x. It's possible to run a quickscan if "get reminded to run a scan when new files or programs are downloaded" is selected. I have only tested this with weekly checks and not something else. I could be wrong, but it ask me to do a quickscan each time. And it allows me to do so.

If there is coming new beta testing. I'm always there to test around. Thanks for the nice feedback for me and other beta testers.

Quickscan vs Threatscan, is it same?
unknownguy replied to unknownguy's topic in Malwarebytes 5 for Windows
Ah then I see it's different. I was just lost when it say the same in the menu. -
I use free version to test around with it. And I can find that a threat scan and quick scan do the same things. So why is quick scan a premium only feature?
