Malware constantly blocking outgoing IP address

I have a trojan 32 agent in quarantine - this was also picked up by zone alarm and quarantined..

All scans are now running clear but since upgrading to Malwarebytes pro it's constantly blocking

"access to a potentially malicious webiste) - (IP address 77.79.4.140 - checked and registered to Lithuania).

Assume this means trojan still active? - please help!

In the future, please post all logs directly into your reply instead of attaching them unless otherwise indicated. With that said, please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, run DDS again and post DDS.txt directly in your reply.
