I have Whitesmoke toolbar showing up in add and remove programs but can't remove it, not even in safe mode. My virus protection software and malwarebytes isn't picking anthing up either. Please help. I'm sure this is why my pc is lagging so terribly. Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop. Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run.
